Innovation Gippsland 2008 Program Launch

Innovation Gippsland, Australia’s largest regional celebration of innovation, is in its sixth year. The 2008 program includes events to be held across Gippsland from 24th April to 22nd May. Innovation Gippsland 2008 will be launched on Thursday May 1st, 2008 at Kiel Industries - a Gippsland Business Awards Hall of Fame inductee - in Morwell. The launch will be followed by a tour of Kiel Industry’s new premises. 

Mr Glenn Patterson, Chair of Innovation Gippsland and CEO of Baw Baw Shire said: ‘Gippsland’s commitment to innovation has been a big part of our success over the past few years. What we do today will contribute directly to the future development of our region.’ ‘Innovation Gippsland’s great strength continues to be the way it brings together business, community and government to identify and celebrate great ideas.’ said Mr Patterson

Innovation Gippsland is part of the Australian Innovation Festival, held in April and May each year across Australia.
